Final Project: Development Proposal
The Brief:
In this assignment, we were formed in a group of two and required to find a specific empty land to initiate a small construction project. For group work, we required to analyse and observe the site as well as to introduce the site. But for the individual task, we had to suggest a proposal based upon its rationale, benefit and impact.

Reflection:
I have to explain the need to coordinate and develop an understanding of coherent working relations among various industry players and to improve the communication channels. I also have the ability to document their observations and understanding from interview session and research resources as well as to communicate their findings in a systematic and convincing presentation and reports. I also able to justify the feasibility of a development and improve the proposal to serve the purpose of the development. I also learnt that teamwork can produce good effort project.
